After participating in a booked event, a guest can write about the experience or about the host as an Experience Review. The "Experience Review" will be published on the experience's listing page.
Reviews That Guests Can Submit
Experience Review
An experience review is a comment or feedback from a guest who has participated in an experience.
Reviews That a Host Can Submit
Guest Review
A host can write a guest review, which is a review about the guest who participated in the event. The guest review could be about the guest's interests, personality, or positive and friendly comments about that person.
Reply to an Experience Review
A host can also write comments or feedback in a reply to the experience review posted by the guest.
In reply, you can thank or follow up on your guests. Responding to guests' experience reviews is a great tool to improve guests' satisfaction.
Important
If a review contains content that maliciously criticizes or slanders the other person, it may be deleted without prior notice.
If a review is deleted for any of the above reasons, we will not respond to any requests for re-posting.
When the Submitted Experience Review Will Be Posted
An experience review will automatically appear on the Manage Reviews page and on the experience listing page 5 days after submission.
You as a host can submit reviews on guests as well. Upon submission of reviews from both the guest and the host reciprocally, the "5 days after submission" waiting period will be waived and the reviews will be published immediately.
Unless a host reciprocally submits a review of the guest who submitted an experience review, the experience review will not be posted for 5 days. The "Reply" button will not be displayed during this period.
Tip: Writing Guest Reviews Promotes Good Experience Reviews
When a host submits guest reviews, the guests will receive a notification. This notification motivates the guests to submit an experience review so that they can unlock access to read the review about themself.
To attract more reviews from guests and get the reviews posted sooner, we highly recommend hosts write guest reviews immediately after an event is over.
How to Reply to Experience Reviews / How to Edit the Reply
When an experience review submitted by a guest is published, a "Reply" button will appear next to the posted review. A host can send a comment back to the guest by clicking the Reply button.
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- "Host Menu" > "Manage Reviews" > the "Past Reviews: tab
- Click the date/time associated to the experience review you want to reply to
- Click the "Reply to This Review" button
To encourage them to book again, in reply, thank your guests and tell them that you are looking forward to seeing them again at future events.
Even after sending the reply, you can still edit the message by following the same steps shown above and clicking the "Edit" button.
Time Windows for Posting and Editing Reviews
The time limit to reply to a guest's review is 7 days after its submission. After the 7th day, you can no longer reply to the review nor edit the sent reply.
If you don't submit a guest review for the guest who submitted the experience review, the experience review will be automatically posted after 5 days. The 7-day time limit for you to reply to the experience review includes this 5-day period before the automatic posting.
So if you don't submit a guest review and wait for the experience review to be posted automatically, the time window for you to reply to the experience review is only 2 days.
