One of Aini’s values is trust and peace of mind between guests and hosts. To achieve that value, Aini's reviews work as two-way feedback–just as guests rely on reviews for experiences by other guests when they browse, hosts can refer to reviews on guests by other hosts.
Reviews could be a source of information about guests, and the hosts who require approval for bookings may find it especially helpful in decision-making.

In experience reviews, guests can rate and write comments about the experiences they participated in.
How to Post a Guest Review
To submit a guest review, please follow the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu" > "Manage Reviews"
- Click the "Not Yet Submitted" tab
- Select the "Review" button for the event date/time associated with the guest you want to write about
Guest reviews must be submitted within 30 days after the event. After 30 days past the event date, you can no longer submit or edit a review.
A guest review posted by the host will appear on the guest's profile page. Please note that a guest review differs from your reply to a guest's experience review.
How to View/Edit the Guest Review You Submitted
You can view or edit your guest review by following these steps:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu" > "Manage Reviews" > the "Past Reviews" tab
- Click the date/time of the event the guest you reviewed participated in
- Click "Edit" if you wish to modify the text
Please note, guest reviews must be submitted within 30 days of the event. After 30 days, you will not be able to submit or edit the reviews.
Where Your Review Will Be Displayed
- The guest review will be posted under the "Reviews" tab on the guest's Profile page 5 days after submission.
- When a guest review and an experience review are reciprocally submitted, those reviews will be posted on the system.
(The limitation of "auto-publish 5 days after submission" will be removed.)
Important:
Malicious comments could cause serious trouble. If the post includes aggressive criticism against a person or slander, it may be deleted at the discretion without prior notice.
Please note that if your review is deleted for any of the above reasons, we will not respond to your request to have it reposted.
