When the event is canceled and the cancellation process becomes completed, the guest will be notified by e-mail and text.
Points/coupons used by the guest for the canceled event will be returned to the guest's account.
Guests can confirm the canceled events by looking at the booked event list–the events in the "Future Events" tab will be moved to the "Canceled" tab, and the status of the bookings will be changed to "Canceled".
Cancellation Notification by Email
Guests who have booked the canceled event will receive a notification email from the address ending with [@helloaini.com].
The subject of the email will be: "Important Notice from Aini: (Canceled event date/time) (Title of the experience)"
Cancellation Notification by Text
When an event becomes canceled, the following cancellation text* message will be sent to the guests:
"Aini - (Title of the experience) on (date) at (time) is canceled. "
*Guests have to have registered devices with a text function and verified phone number in order to receive text messages.
