If a certain experience cannot be held on a date other than the already registered event dates, or if the experience is not currently being held due to seasonal or other reasons, you can change the settings of the experience to prevent guests from making booking requests.
How to change the settings to stop accepting booking requests:
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu" > Click the experience to edit > Edit > Advanced Settings
- Click "Booking Requests" > Uncheck "Accept" > "Publish"
Please ensure to click "Publish" to complete, otherwise, the change will not be reflected.
What happens When You Stop Accepting Booking Requests
When you change the settings and stop accepting booking requests, a message will appear in the "Upcoming Events" section on the listing:

Requests will be open when more event dates become available.
