体験紹介ページの「体験への質問」欄の下部に【質問を投稿する】というボタンがあります。
ゲストは、ログインした状態でこのボタンをクリックすると、
ホストに対して体験内容に関する質問を匿名で投稿することができます。
質問が投稿されると、ホストにはお知らせ（ログイン後のページ上にあるベルマーク）とメールの2つの方法で通知されます。
▼質問の確認・回答方法
投稿された質問に対しては以下の手順で回答することができます。
※ 以下はブラウザからの操作になります
スマホからの場合
∟aini へログイン後＞右上のアイコンを選択＞ホストメニュー＞
体験への質問＞未回答タブ＞該当の質問の【回答せず非公開にする】または【回答する】を選択
（PCからの場合は「右上のアイコンを選択」の後に「ダッシュボードを選択」してください）
※ 既にメッセージで解決した場合など、回答する予定がない質問に対しては【回答せず非公開にする】を選択してください
※ 【回答せず非公開にする】を選択した場合でも、再度回答し直すことが可能です。回答期限はありません
▼体験紹介ページでの見え方
- ホストが質問に回答すると、ゲストの質問内容とホストの回答内容の両方が体験紹介ページの「体験への質問」欄に自動的に追加・公開され、誰でも見ることができます
- ほかの方に見られたら困る内容（生年月日など）の場合は、メッセージで連絡を取るようにゲストに回答してください
※ 個人情報は投稿しないでください
※ ホストが回答した時点で、ゲストの質問も体験紹介ページ上に表示されます
※ 投稿された質問は体験内容に関する、ほかのゲストも知りたい質問ですので、なるべく早めに回答するようにしましょう
▼ 「回答」の編集方法
一度回答した後でも、回答内容の編集が可能です。
※ 以下はブラウザからの操作になります
スマホからの場合
∟aini へログイン後＞右上のアイコンを選択＞ホストメニュー＞
体験への質問＞公開・回答済みタブ＞該当の質問＞【回答を編集する】を選択
（PCの場合は「右上のアイコンを選択」の後に「ダッシュボードを選択」してください）

▼質問／回答を「非公開」にする方法
体験紹介ページ ＞「体験への質問」欄に公開された質問／回答はホスト側で「非公開」にすることが可能です。
以下のような質問／回答が公開されている場合は「非公開」にすることを推奨致します。
- 質問／回答の内容が古くなってしまった
- 変更前の体験料金が記載されている等、ゲストの混乱を招く可能性がある
※注意※
以下内容の質問／回答が公開されてしまった場合は早急に「非公開」としてください。
- ゲストからの質問内容に個人情報の記載があったにも関わらず回答（公開）してしまった
- 質問の回答にホストの個人情報を載せてしまった
非公開の手順は以下の通りです。

∟aini へログイン後＞右上のアイコンを選択＞ホストメニュー＞
体験への質問＞非公開タブ＞該当の質問＞【非公開にする】を選択
（PCの場合は「右上のアイコンを選択」の後に「ダッシュボードを選択」してください）
【Host】Question button function
At the bottom of the FAQ section on the experience introduction page, there is a button that says "Post a question".
Guests can anonymously post questions about their experience to the host by clicking this button while logged in.
When a question is posted, the host will be notified in two ways: a notification (the bell mark on the page after login) and an email.
▼ How to check and answer questions
You can answer the posted questions by following the steps below.
From PC:
∟ After logging in to aini ＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞ Host menu ＞ Experience ＞ Applicable experience ＞ Click [QAs] (◯) under the edit button ＞ [Answer to the relevant question 】 Select ＞ Enter answer ＞ Send
From Smartphone:
∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.
<Tips>
Experience ＞ Applicable experience> The number of cases displayed in (◯) of [QAs (◯)] at the bottom of the [Edit] button is a total number of questions for that experience, including both unanswered and answered.
▼ How to see on the experience introduction page
- When the host answers, both the guest's question and the host's answer are automatically added to the FAQ section of the experience introduction page.
- The texts posted and answered from "Post a question" will be published in the FAQ on the experience introduction page, and anyone can see them.
- If you have any private questions (date of birth, etc.) that you would not like to see by others, please answer the guest by message.
The questions posted are other guests would like to know about the experience, so be sure to answer them as soon as possible.
* If the host does not answer, the guest's question will not be displayed on the experience introduction page.
▼ When there is a part you want to hide or edit in Q & A
Even after answering once, you can edit the contents of the answer.
From a PC
∟ After logging in to aini ＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞
Host menu ＞ Experience ＞ Applicable experience ＞ Click "QAs" under the edit button ＞
Select the relevant question> "Edit answer" button
From Smartphone:
∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.
When you accidentally posted or found unsuitable contents to publish such as a personal information,
please contact the management office together with the relevant experience name (or experience URL). We will hide it as soon as possible.
