Main Image
The main image for your listing is the main image to convey what the experience is about and to highlight what's unique about your experience. You are required to have one main image.
This main image will come up in the internet search result, so it is very important to choose an attractive image with great visual impact that tells the viewers the excitement of the experience and the host.
Supplementary Images
In addition to the main image, you can upload 10 or more supplementary images in your listing. Choose images that showcase the experience's details or participants having a great. We recommend you upload at least three supplementary photos.
When a user lands on the listing page, the main image and the first three supplementary images will be displayed. For the rest of the supplementary images, you can switch their display by tapping the main image.
After adding photos to your listing, remember to check the published listing to ensure they are displayed correctly.
Uploading, Changing, and Deleting Images
You can upload, change, and delete the main image or supplementary images by following the steps below:
Uploading Photos
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com.
- Click on the account icon in the upper-right corner.
- If you're using a PC, select "Dashboard". Skip this step if you're using the app.
- Choose "Host Menu"
- Select "Manage Experiences and click on an experience to edit
- Click "Edit" and then click the "Basic Settings" tab
- Select "Experience Images" then select the "+" sign to upload an image
Helpful Tip:
You can switch the order of photos by clicking the "＜ ＞" mark on the upper left side of the uploaded photo.
Changing Images
To switch changing images on listing, delete the image you wish to remove and upload a new image (please refer to the following section for instructions on deleting images, ).
After completing the upload, select the "< >" icon located in the top left corner of the uploaded image to rearrange them in your desired order.
Editing/Deleting the Uploaded Images
You can edit or delete the uploaded images by selecting the icon* located on the upper right of each image.
*This icon only appears after uploading an image.
Adding Text
You have the option to include text to provide an explanation of the image. The maximum character limit for the text is 100.
Cropping an Image
To crop an image, click the "Adjust the Visible Area" button.
Deleting an Image
To delete an image you don't need, click the "Delete an Image" button.
File Format, File Size, and Image Dimensions
- Images have to be in JPG, PNG, or GIF format.
- The maximum file size for a single image is 8MB.
- The recommended aspect ratio is 1220×915.
- If you want maximum resolution, we recommend using 1920×1080 (16:9).
