The notebook feature is a great tool to spread the word about the experiences you are hosting. You can share your posts with your followers or on your social media accounts and guide them to access the listings.
Settings for the Post Visibility
You can decide who is allowed to see specific posts by setting the Post Visibility.
There are two types of Post Visibility settings for notebooks—by selecting "All", you can allow everyone who accesses the post to see the notebook. By selecting "Followers Only", the article will be visible to your followers only.
When you set the post as "Followers Only", a notification will be sent to all your followers when it's published.
You can learn more about the settings by clicking the "?" mark next to "Post Visibility" on the notebook editing page.
Social Media Sharing Button
To maximize the viewership for your notebook, you may share the published post to social media (Facebook, Twitter, LINE, etc.) using the Share buttons.
Sharing the Links of the Experience Listings
You can also use a notebook post to share links to your experience listings. This is a great way to increase reservations, so we encourage you to share links to the related listings whenever you write a post.
When you share links to your listing in a post, the link to the post will be displayed on the listing page as "Notebook Post for This Experience". In other words, by posting a link, you create a two-way channel between your notebook post and the experience listing page.
You can guide a person who reads the notebook post directly to the experience listing page to make a reservation. Likely, you can guide people who are on the fence about making reservations to the notebook post to inspire them to participate in the experience.
