A simple exchange of messages is not considered a booking. In order to make the booking official, please guide the guest to book the event from the listing page.
Accepting the Request
If the Date Requested Is Already Registered to the Event Calendar
If the date the guest requested is already registered to the event calendar, you can simply reply to the inquiry message and prompt the guest to book from the listing of the experience.
If the Date Requested is Not Registered to the Event Calendar Yet
If the guest wants to sign up for the date that is not registered to the event calendar yet, please register the requested date by following the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Go to "Event Calendar" then add an event date
After adding the event date, reply to the inquiry message and prompt the guest to book from the listing of the experience.
Declining the Request
If you want to decline the request, please reply to the guest's message and explain the reason why you have to decline the request. If you are able to accommodate the request if it's on a different date, we encourage you to suggest or ask the guest the alternative dates.
If the Booking Deadline Has Already Past
If the request message was sent to you after the booking deadline for the event, and if you want to accept the request, please extend the booking deadline by going to "Host Menu" > "Event Calendar" then selecting the date > "Edit" > "Booking Deadline".
After extending the deadline, reply to the inquiry message and prompt the guest to book from the listing of the experience.
If the Event Is Already Full
If the event is already full but you want to accept the request, you can accommodate the guest by increasing the maximum number of participants for the event. To do so, go to "Host Menu" > "Event Calendar" then select the date > "Edit" > "Increase the maximum number of participants".
After Increasing the maximum number of participants, reply to the inquiry message and prompt the guest to book from the listing of the experience.
Please Note
The system only allows you to set 100 as the maximum number of participants. If you want to allow more than 100 participants to your event, please contact us.
