There are two ways to check the sales you made:
- Go to "Host Menu" then select "Manage Sales" to check records for up to two years
- Contact the administration through Contact Form for records of more than two years
1. Check Sales by Date
Anytime after 2:00 am on the day after the event, you can check the sales and fees by the date with the following steps.
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Click on the date of your choice
- Select "More Information▼" on the right side of the schedule information
- Select "Sales and Fees"
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Click on the date of your choice
- Select "More Information▼" on the right side of the schedule information
- Select "Sales and Fees"
2. Check Sales by Month
By following the steps below, you can check the sales by month.
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Manage Sales"
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Manage Sales"
- Under the page of "Manage Sales", the top portion shows the payout amount for each month.
- By selecting a month, you can view the details of the sales of the month.
- By clicking "Download the List", you can download the list of sales of the month in a CSV format.
- By clicking "Payment Report", you can download the payout of the month in a PDF format.
Please Note: Under the "Sales Management", only the transactions made through the helloaini.com platform will be reflected. For example, if you received money from guests who attended experiences on the day without booking, that will not be showing on the system. Likewise, any money received or paid not as a part of booking an experience (e.g. gratuity for a media interview, etc.) will not show under the "Sales Management".
How to Read the List of Sales
As you can see in the image below, the list shows the prices of experiences, number of guests, optional services, and the total sales for each event.
How Optional Services are Displayed under the List of Sales
In the sample image below, the host has set two optional services to the experience. The optional services will be numbered as shown in the image as Option 1, Option 2, etc. from the top of the list.
In the List of Sales, the optional services will be displayed as Option 1, Option 2, etc. instead of the titles of the optional services the host created.
Example:
In the List of Sales, the above optional services will not displayed as "ハスキーの餌" but as "Option 1".
Payout Schedule
The sales from the experiences you hosted will be paid out by the end of the next month to the account you registered with us. The payer will be displayed as "ガイアックス (Gaiax Co., Ltd.)"
Example:
- Sales from April 1 through April 30 → Payout will be made before 15:00 on May 31
(If May 31 falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or a holiday, payout will be made before the business day right before the regular payout deadline.)
The transfer fee will be covered by us, so you will receive the full amount shown in the sales record.
If there is an issue with the registered account, there may be a delay in payment.
