Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
Select "Host Menu" > "Event Calendar"
Click the "✓ Close the Bookin" button at the lower-right corner of the Event Information
Click "Close the Booking"

This process automatically adjusts the maximum number of guests to match the current number of bookings, ensuring that no further bookings can be made. The listing page will be updated to display the status as "Full".

2. Changing the Maximum Number of Guests

To close a booking, you may also use the following steps to match the number of bookings with the maximum number of guests:

Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
Select "Host Menu" > "Event Calendar" > Click the date of an event to modify > "Edit"
"Maximum Number of Guests" > Adjust the number to match the current number of bookings
Click "Change" button to complete
