When you want to send a message to all guests for a specific event, you can use group messaging.
When an event date gets booked by its first guest, the system automatically creates a group specific to the event date.
If a host sets events to require approvals for booking, the group will be created when the host approves the first booking.
With group messaging, you can send anything you want to share with your guests such as changing of a meeting time/place, reminders, or greetings to all guests.
