You can cancel an experience you are hosting anytime, and there is no penalty for doing so.
To cancel an experience, please follow the steps below:
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select the date of the event to cancel
- Click "Event Information"
- Click "✖ Cancel an Event*"
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select the date of the event to cancel
- Click "Event Information"
- Click "✖ Cancel an Event*"
*"✖ Cancel an Event" button will be removed after the event date.
When a host cancels an event:
- Guests will get full refunds regardless of when the cancellation is made.
- Points and coupons guests used will be credited back.
- "Attending" will change to "Canceled" on the Booking List from the Guest's view
- The canceled event can't be reverted.
- Guests' phone numbers will be hidden from the host, and the host's phone number will be hidden from the guests.
- Cancellation notifications will be sent to guests via email. Notifications may also be sent via text if the registered phone numbers are associated with smartphones.

Canceling an Event after Starting Time
You can cancel an event even after the time to start has already passed. To do so, please contact the admin via the contact form as soon as possible.
Messaging to Guests Who Have Registered for the Canceled Event
When clicking "✖ Cancel an Event", a box will pop up for group messaging to all registrants of the event. Ensure to write why you are canceling and then select "Cancel" to complete the process. The message will be sent to registered guests as a notification.
The group for the canceled event will be accessible for a week after canceling. After a week, the group will be removed from the system.
Canceling an Event with No Registrants
When the event you want to cancel has no registered guests, "You can not revert after canceling the event. Do you want to cancel?" will pop up after clicking "✖ Cancel an Event". Review the information, and if there is no problem, click "Cancel" to complete the process.
Canceling Multiple Experiences at Once
As long as there are no registrants, you cancel multiple experiences at once by following the steps below:
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select "All Experiences"
- Select experiences to cancel
- Select "✕ Cancel All" that will be displayed at the bottom of the calendar
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select "All Experiences"
- Select experiences to cancel
- Select "✕ Cancel All" that will be displayed at the bottom of the calendar
