When to Change the Details of Listed Experiences
To get more guests to register by offering a lower price on weekdays
If you find it difficult to get more guests on weekdays, you may offer a special price for those days (You can't change the price for dates which are already booked by some guests).
To avoid canceling the experience when there are only a few guests to sign up
When sign-ups do not reach the minimum number of participants to carry out the experience, you can reduce the minimum number of participants to avoid cancellation.
You can even set the minimum number of participants to "0" so that you can carry out the experience with even only one guest signing up.
To accommodate a guest's request to increase the maximum number of participants
Sometimes, you may want to allow some extra guests even after reaching the maximum number of guests you have set for the event. You can increase the maximum number of guests up to 100.
Example:
There are only 2 slots left, but the family of 3 wants to book the experience. In such a case, you may increase the maximum number of guests to allow the family to participate together.
To change the date/time of the experience due to the availability of the host or guests.
If you want to change the date/time of an experience that is already booked by one or more guests, you may do so as long as it is before the last day of registration. The change can be made either to meet the host's availability or a guest's request.
To decrease the maximum number of participants to control the operational load
As guests start signing up for the experience you are hosting, you may realize that the maximum number of guests you have set might be overwhelming. In such a case, you can reduce the maximum number of guests for the experience to control the operational load.
Also, you can close registration by adjusting the maximum number of guests to the current number of sign-ups.
To allow last-minute sign-ups
If you want to allow last-minute sign-ups, you can do so by setting the last day of registration as the same as the event date/time.
