You can turn off notifications from us by following the steps below.
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Go to "Settings"
- Select "Notification"
- Uncheck all boxes
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Go to "Settings"
- Select "Notification"
- Uncheck all boxes
When the Notification setting is turned on, various types of notifications will be sent to you.
For example, you will receive alerts when:
- Your experiences get booked
- Your experiences are canceled because signing-up did not reach to the minimum number of guests
- You receive a message from a guest
Notifications will be sent to the email address you registered when you signed up for the membership. If you signed up using your Facebook account, notifications will be sent to the email address associated with your Facebook account.
1. Choosing How You Get Notifications
There are different ways to get notifications from us:
- Mail icon: Notifications by emails
- Bell icon: Notifications via the messaging function on our platform
- Text (SMS) icon (for hosts only): Notifications by text messages
- Aini app icon: Push notifications to your app
On our platform, you can view the notifications by clicking the "Bell" icon located in the upper right corner.
If you wish to receive notifications by email only, check only the "Email" icon. If you wish to receive notifications via the messaging function on our platform only, check only the "Bell" icon. If you uncheck both, you will not receive any notifications.
2. Notifications Related to Experiences
Here are the types of experience-related notifications you will receive:
- Booking: Notifies you when you get new booking
- Cancel: Notifies you when a guest cancels the booking
- Request reminder: Reminds you when you get a booking request
- Minimun number confirmation: Lets you know if the experience you are hosting met the minimum number of guests or not
- Reminder: Reminds you a day before the experience you are hosting
- Date advice: Prompts you to add a new event date when you lose a previously existing event
- After experience: Reminds you to send "thank you" messages to the guests after hosting an experience
- Unanswered questions: Reminds you that there is an unanswered question from a guest regarding the experience you are hosting
3. Other Notifications
- Management advice: Message titled "Tips to Increase Booking" will be sent to you from the admin to share helpful information.
- Favorite: You will be notified when a user saves your experience on the listing page.
- Review: You will be notified when a guest writes a review or edit the existing review.
- Mail magazine: We will send you newsletters with useful information to improve your service.
- Notice when experience is filled out in note: You will be notified when a guest writes a comment on the notebook feature on the experience listing page.
