In order to publish listings for the experiences you host, you are required to verify your email address and phone number.

The process of verification has to be done in your browser (you can no longer verify your email and phone number via our app as of February 2022).
How to Verify Your Email Address
You can verify your email address when you register as a new user. The steps are as below:
- Upon completion of user registration, an email will be sent to you.
- Click the link in the email.
- The link will take you to the login page. You will see the message "Verification of your email address has been completed", and verification is complete.
The verification email will expire within 24 hours from the time the email is sent.
If the Verification Email Expires
If you didn't get to open the email before it expires, you can resend the email to you by following these steps:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from a PC, select "Dashboard" (If you are using an app, you can skip this step).
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Account Settings"
- Select "Login Information"
- Click "Change" which is located on the right side of the email address
- Ensure that the email address is correct, then click the "Verify the Email Address" button
- Click "OK" when the message "A verification email has been sent to the following email address." is displayed
- Open the new verification email and click the link, which will take you to the login page.
Click the link in the email, which will take you to the login page. You will see the message "Verification of your email address has been completed", then verification is complete.
How to Verify Your Phone Number
In order to verify your phone number, first you have to register it. You can do so by following the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from a PC, select "Dashboard" (If you are using an app, you can skip this step).
- Select "Settings"
- Select "Account Settings"
- Select "Verify Your ID"
- Click "Change" which is located on the right side of the phone number box
- Select a country (default is Japan, which is +81), enter your phone number, then click "Register"
- Enter a passcode that will be sent via text to complete the verification.
Note
- If you have an overseas phone number that starts with "0 (zero)", don't remove the zero.
- Only 10 or 11-digit phone numbers can be registered. If your phone number has less than 10 digits, please add zero(s) at the beginning to make it a 10-digit number.
Example:
012 123 123 → 0012 123 123
Re-Verifying Your Phone Number
You can re-verify your phone number by following the steps below:
- Press the "Resend Code" button in the Identification section of your account settings.
- A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number via text with the message "AINI: Your Verification code is "**** (4 digits number)".
- Enter the code sent to you and press the "Verify" button.
- A message "Phone number verification completed" will be displayed. Press the "OK" button to complete.

- Please be sure to check the text message screen even if you don't get a notification, as your notification may be turned off.
