You can use the guest list in any way you like, for example, printing it and passing it out to participants on the day of the event, or using it for roll call, etc.
The guest list includes the following information:
- Guest nicknames
- Guest names
- Guest name pronunciations
- Number of event sign-ups
- Participation history of each guest
Important:
- Please do not use the personal information on the guest list for any purpose other than hosting the event.
- The information you entered into the Memo under the Guest Information will be automatically displayed on the Guest List as well. If you are intending to share the Guest List among the participants, please be cautious when you write anything in the Memo section of the Guest Information page. Please see the "Taking a Memo on a Guest" section in this article for more details.
To view the guest list, please follow the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select a date then click "Download the Guest List (PDF)"
Memo Feature for Leaving Notes About Your Guests
Under the Guest Information, there is a Momo feature, which you can use to leave notes about the guest you hosted.
To enter your input unto the Memo, please follow the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Click "Event Calendar" then select a date
- Click the "▼" mark next to the guest nickname
- Select "Guest Information" from the pull-down menu, then click "Memo (Private)"
When welcoming back returned guests, remembering details about them from previous events can make them feel special. To provide a personal touch to possible returned guests, we encourage you to jot down how they are during the events.
Please note, the content you write in the Memo will show up in the Guest List. If you have the intention to pass out Guest Lists among guests in the future, please ensure to write only information that is okay to be shared with the public (e.g., don't include personal information or harsh, negative comments on certain guests, etc.)
