Hosts are allowed to promote services or experiences outside our platform, however, for the experience listed on our platform, receiving payments directly from guests prior to the event date is strictly prohibited.
It is also prohibited to aggressively advertise or solicit services or experiences that are not listed on our platform to guests.
Liability Insurance
When the payment transaction is done through our platform, you will be covered by our insurance, the Aini Protection Program (ケア制度, kea seido). The program will provide coverage for a host in events such as injuries and accidents during an event.
Money Disputes
It is prohibited for a host to receive payment outside our system prior to the event date*. As a result of violating this rule, the host's account may be removed.
When a violation is malicious, the host shall be liable for any damages incurred by us in accordance with the Terms of Service.
* A host can receive payment on the day of the event for any additional services or products guests may wish to add.
Penalties for Those Who Violate Rules
Our rules prohibit a host from receiving payments directly from guests prior to the event date and aggressively soliciting services that are not listed on our platform to guests. Violation may result in the termination of your account. When the violation is malicious, you will be obligated to pay a penalty fee.
If you notice any violations by any guests or other hosts, we encourage you to promptly report them to us.
