What Is a Referral Coupon?

A referral coupon is an offer that you can share with anyone who hasn't registered on Aini yet. When you invite friends, they'll receive a special welcome offer of a 30% off coupon (up to ¥1,000 off). The coupon can be used for any experience on Aini.

Additionally, when your friends participate in any experience, you'll be rewarded 1,000 points at the start of the following month.

The friend invitation coupon is specifically for new users who haven't registered on Aini yet. Please keep in mind that individuals who are already registered on Aini cannot use the coupon.

How to Invite Friends

You can easily invite friends by getting a friend invitation link and sharing it with them. Here are three ways to obtain a friend invitation link.

1. From the Dashboard

Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com.
Click on the account icon in the upper-right corner.
Select "Dashboard"
There is a Friend Invitation link available under the "Referral Program" section located at the bottom of the page.

2. Accessing "Points" from the "Common Menu"

Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com.
Click on the account icon in the upper-right corner.
If you're using a PC, select "Dashboard". Skip this step if you're using the app.
From the "Common Menu" options, select "Point".
Click on the "Invite a Friend" button to generate a unique link.

3. From the Friend Invitation Page

By logging in to Aini and clicking the link below, you can generate your personalized invitation link to share with your friends.

Please click the link below while logged in:

The link you obtained from the page mentioned above is your own personalized friend invitation link. Let's send and share it with your friends through social media, email, and other platforms.

Please Note: The personalized friend invitation link is not the same as a promotional link.

When Are Referral Coupons Issued?

Right after your invited friend registers as a new user on Aini using the friend invitation link you shared, they will receive an email including a unique coupon code for a 30% OFF discount.

Notification Email Subject: "Enjoy 30% OFF (up to ¥1,000) - Referral Coupon"

When your invited friend registers on Aini using the friend invitation link, you, as the inviter, will also receive a notification email with the following subject line:

Email Subject: "●● has Registered as a User via the Invitation Page"*

*●●is a nickname the invited friend registered.

Important Things

Registering an email address and a nickname is required to issue the coupon.
The referral coupon is only for those who have not yet registered as users on Aini (new users).
If you unregister from Aini and then register again using the friend invitation link, it will not generate a coupon.

Expiration Date for a Referral Coupon

The expiration of the referral coupon can be found below the coupon code in the notification email titled "Friend Invitation Coupon Issued" which was automatically sent to your invited friend.

Sending Messages to Friends You Have Invited

As a general rule, it is necessary to have a mutual following or for the guest to add the host's experience to their favorites in order to send a message from the host to the guest. However, you can send a message to guests who have registered on Aini using the friend invitation link issued by you, even without mutual following.

You can send a message to the guest whom you have sent a coupon to using the following steps:

Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com.
Click on the account icon in the upper-right corner.
If you're using a PC, select "Dashboard". Skip this step if you're using the app.
Click on "Host Menu."
Choose "Guest List."
Select "Users Registered from Friend Invitation Page" from the pull-down menu labeled "Guest Types."
Click on the nickname of the user you want to send a message to
Click the "Message" button to send a message
