If you are not receiving notification emails, please first check your spam folder. Additionally, make sure to whitelist the domain "@helloaini.com" in your email settings to ensure that future notifications are delivered to your inbox.
If You Still Aren't Receiving Emails After Whitelisting Our Domain
If you are still not receiving emails even after whitelisting our domain, the issue may be due to filter settings on your end. Please check if your email settings are configured to reject all emails sent from a PC or emails that include URLs.
Also, please note that all notification emails from AINI are sent in html/UTF8 character code. If you're using an iPhone, you won't be able to open them using the SMS/MMS message application.
If You Are Using Gmail
Your email may have been automatically sorted into the Promotions tab in your Gmail inbox. Please check both your Promotions tab and your junk mail folder.
If You Are Using Softbank
If you're using @i.softbank.jp for your email and you're not receiving our messages, it could be because of your email's spam mail settings. To fix the problem, try checking or canceling your spam mail settings.

To review your email notification settings, including newsletters and other emails, follow the steps below:
- Log in to your account.
- Click on the icon for your account information, located in the upper right corner of the page. If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Settings".
- Select "Notification".

If emails from AINI are undelivered for a certain period, the system will automatically stop the delivery of those emails. If you still do not receive notification emails after trying the solutions listed above, please contact us using the Contact Us form.
