At the bottom of the Frequently Asked Questions section on the listing page, there is the "Submit a Question" button.
When logged in, guests can anonymously send a question related to the experience to the host by clicking this button.
When a question is submitted, the host is notified in two ways: by the bell mark, which will appear after logging in, and by email.
How to Answer the Question
You may respond to submitted questions by following the steps below.
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu" > Manage Experiences > Click the Experience to edit
- Click "Submitted Questions (# of questions*)" below the "Edit" button
- Select "Answer" or "Don't Answer"**
*This number shows how many questions have been submitted to the particular experience of all time, including both answered and unanswered questions.
**Select "Don't Answer" if you have already resolved the question or have no intention of responding.
**Even if you choose "Don't Answer" at a time, you can still answer the question later. There is no deadline for responding.
How Your Answers Are Viewed by the Public
When a host answers a question, both the guest's question and the host's answer are automatically added to and published in the "Frequently Asked Questions" section of the listing, which will be visible to the public. Therefore, it is important not to include any personal, private information in response to questions. If you need to include information that cannot be shared with others (date of birth, etc.), please reply privately via messaging.
The answers to the submitted questions are most likely the information that other users also want to know, therefore, we encourage you to answer questions promptly.
Editing the Answers
Once submitted, answers can be edited later.
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)

- Select "Host Menu" > Manage Experiences > Click the Experience to edit
- Click "Submitted Questions (# of questions*)" below the "Edit" button
- Select the question > Click "Edit the Answer"

How to Hide Questions and Answers
Hosts can hide the questions and answers published in the listing. We recommend you to hide questions and answers in cases such as:
- The answers provided are outdated.
- The information includes old price information, which could confuse users.
Please Note:
When you accidentally submitted an answer even though the question/answer includes personal information, please hide the question/answer immediately:
