What Are Status Labels?
Status labels are tags that describe the status of the experience you are listing, which will be displayed on the top page of the Aini website (helloaini.com) or the Aini app and the search result page.
The List of Status Labels
The status labels are for published experiences only. Here is the list of four status labels and the conditions for each status.
1. Preparing
"Preparing" means you are not open for booking, but the experience is being published.
- Experience to edit > Edit > Advanced settings > "Accepting Booking Requests" is unchecked
- There are no registered event dates for the experience
2. Open for Booking
"Open for Booking" means there are still seats left for the registered event dates.
- Experience to edit > Edit > Advanced settings > "Accepting Booking Requests" is checked or unchecked
- The experience has registered event dates and there are still open seats left for any of those dates.
3. Accepting Requests
"Accepting Requests" means you are accepting booking requests.
- Experience to edit > Edit > Advanced settings > "Accepting Booking Requests" is checked
- There are no registered event dates for the experience, or there are no open seats left for registered event dates.
4. Fully Booked
"Fully Booked" means you are not accepting booking requests and all event dates are fully booked.
- Experience to edit > Edit > Advanced settings > "Accepting Booking Requests" is unchecked
- There are no open seats left for all registered event dates.
