When some guests do not show up at the meetup location 5 minutes before the meeting time, they might be having a hard time finding the right place to go (e.g., incorrect map) or finding you because there are too many people at the location.
Please follow the procedure below to find out if the late guests are having trouble finding their way.
1. Contact the Guests by Phone
As long as guests' phone numbers are registered and not being set to be hidden, you can find their numbers by following the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select the event date
- Click "Booking Info"
- Click on the name of the guest you want to contact to view the phone number
2. Contact the Guests Using Individual/Group Messaging
If the guests have not registered their phone numbers or the numbers are hidden, please contact them via messaging/group feature on our platform.
Individual Messaging
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select the event date
- Click "Booking Info"
- Click on the "▼" mark on the right side of the guest's name, and choose "Message" from the pull-down menu.
You can also access the messaging feature from "For Guests/Hosts" > "Message". When you need to contact someone who has not made a booking, please use this method.

Group Messaging
Group messaging will send a message to all guests who participate in the event.
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Event Calendar"
- Select the event date
- Click "Booking Info"
- Click on "Group of Participants"

If you can not reach the guests using the methods above, and they don't show up past the meeting time, please start the event for the rest of the guests.
Even if the late guests do not show up, your sales are guaranteed by our cancellation policy.
However, in case of an emergency such as a car accident, etc., the guests may receive a refund upon agreement by the host. In that case, please contact us.
