For Hosts: How to Accept Bookings until Right Before an Event

By setting the booking deadline (the time limit until when bookings are accepted) at the same time as the event starting time, you can accept bookings until just before the event begins.

Settings

If you wish to accept bookings until just before the event starts, try the following settings:

1. Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
2. Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
3. If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
4. Select "Host Menu"
5. Open the Event Calendar and click the experience you want to edit
6. Click "Event Information" > "Edit"
7. Select "Right Before the Event Start Time" from "Booking Deadline"

Important Notes

The method shown above is not going to change the booking deadline for already registered event dates. To change the booking deadline for already registered event dates, go to the Event Calendar > the event date to edit > Event Date Information > Edit. 

However, if you have registered many event dates, it is too tedious to change the booking deadline one by one. It is easier to cancel the registered event dates and then go to "Manage Experiences" > Experience to edit > Edit > Basic Settings > Change the Booking Deadline > Publish, then re-register the event dates again.
