The Booking Deadline is the last day to accept bookings for an event date that is already confirmed to be carried out. 

 How to Modify the Booking Deadline

1. From Manage Experiences (体験管理) page

1. Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
2. Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
3. If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
4. Select "Host Menu"
5. Select "Manage Experiences" then click the experience to modify
6. Click "Edit"
7. Click the "Basic Settings" tab 
8. Click "Booking Deadline"

You can choose a time/date for the deadline from these two ranges:

• Up to - 12 hours prior to the event's starting time
• A day before - 30 days prior to the event date

2. From the Event Calendar (開催カレンダー)

1. Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
2. Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
3. If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
4. Select "Host Menu"
5. Select "Event Calendar" and click on the date of the experience to edit
6. Click "Edit"
7. Click "Booking Deadline"

Please Note: You cannot move the Cancel Deadline earlier than the original setting.  Please see here for more information.
