Create Your Original Contents
When creating your listing, the content (e.g., text, photos, title, etc.) should be your original and not be copied from other hosts' listings. If plagiarizing was reported, the listing will be suspended. Please see the article below for more details.

Writing in your own words conveys your personality and the uniqueness of the experience you host. Enjoy expressing yourself and inspire others!
Verification and Profile Setting
In order to publish listings, you have to complete the verification process and profile setting.

Once you complete the verification, you can create your first listing by following the steps below:
1. Accessing the Listing Creation Page
As a first step, you need to access the listing creation page by following the steps below:
From Your Smartphone:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Manage Experience"
- Select "Create a Listing"
From Your PC:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- Select "Dashboard"
- Select "Host Menu"
- Select "Manage Experience"
- Select "Create a Listing"
After clicking "Create a Listing", the Experience Registration page will open. You will fill out the items under "Basic Settings" and "Advanced Settings".
2. Basic Settings
Click the "Basic Settings" tab to edit basic listing details:
- Title of the Experience
- Main Image
- Additional Images
- What You Can Experience*
- Category
- Geographic Area
- URL
- Address of the Meet-up Location
- Map of the Meet-up Location
- Maximum Number of Guests
- Duration
- Price
- Last Day to Book**
- Last Day to Cancel
- Minimum Number of Participants
- Communication with the Guests
*As of May 27, 2020, "Message for Guests" and "What's Included in the Price" were combined as "What You Can Experience".
**You can accept bookings from guests until the "Last Day of Booking" as long as the minimum number of participants is met before/on the "Last Day to Cancel".
Once you complete entering all details above, please move on to the "Advanced Settings" tab to customize your listing further.
Additional Notes
- Click on the "?" marks to read helpful tips and information.
- The entered information will be automatically saved as a draft. You can access the draft by going to "Manage Experience" and then to "Active".
- "*" marks indicate required fields.
- Clicking the "Preview" button will allow you to view the published listing page.
We encourage you to fill out as many fields as possible so that guests can see the uniqueness of the experience and learn more about you. Please try to fill out non-required fields as well as required fields.
3. Advanced Settings
Next, click the "Advanced Settings" tab to edit basic listing details:
- Optional Service/Item Add-ons
- Notes for Guests
- Photo of the Meet-up Location
- Introductory Video URL
- Booking Request
- Additional Information on Booking Request
- Sending a Message to the Host
- Additional Information on Sending a Message to the Host
- Automatic Verification
- In Case of Inclement Weather
- Password for Exclusive Contents
Additional Notes
- The advanced settings are optional, but we recommend you fill out as many fields as possible. Providing more detailed information, it will help to minimize inquiries and questions sent from guests to the host.
- Clicking the "Preview" button will allow you to view the published listing page.
4. Publishing the Listing
Once you are done completing and reviewing the settings, you can click the "Publish" button. Once the listing is published, it will be posted on our website and people can view your listing.
After publishing the listing, you can register the event dates for the experience and start accepting bookings from guests.
Additional Information
- Please ensure to read about prohibited activities. You can learn more from "Aini's Rules" and "Things Prohibited Legally".
- Please fill in all required fields.
- When you need help, click on the "? Help" mark and enter the keyword for the information you are looking for. It will show you a list of helpful articles and resources.
- You can edit the settings after publishing as well.
- If the preview of the listing is not displaying images or texts properly, it may be because of an outdated internet browser. In that case, please update your browser and try again.
- There is no limit to the number of listings you can create.
All published listings are reviewed by the admin. If an issue is found, we may contact you and request to make a change(s) to your listing.
