Important
Please be aware that any edits made and subsequently "published" from the "Manage Experiences" > "Basic Settings / Advanced Settings" section will not be reflected in the following items if the event date has already been registered.
For the Basic Settings:
- Price
- Cancellation deadline
- Booking deadline
- Maximum participants
- Minimum participants for the event to take place
- Duration
For the Advanced Settings:
- Optional services/products
If you wish to modify the above-mentioned items for an already registered event date, you have the following options:
1. If There Is No Booking
Method 1:
Cancel the experience on the event date, edit the listing, and then register event dates again. This way, you can modify the details for all event dates at once (Please note: Only event dates with no booking can be canceled and re-registered at once).
Please see HERE for more details.
If you want to make changes to the items mentioned above, please follow these steps: First, cancel the corresponding event date. Next, modify the details of the experience in the "Manage Experience" section. Finally, re-register the event date.
It's important to note that bulk re-registration is only possible for event dates that haven't been booked yet. For more detailed instructions, please refer to this resource.
Please be aware that the "Optional Service/Product" cannot be re-registered in bulk.
For more information, please refer to the "Important Notes" section of this article: "For Hosts: Settings for Optional Product Pricing".
Method 2:
In addition to the option of bulk re-registering event dates, you can also make changes to each event date individually from the event calendar.

2. If There Are Existing Bookings
If you need to modify the mentioned items for event dates that already have bookings, you should begin by canceling the specific event date. Afterward, you can re-register the event date with the desired changes.
Please note that you cannot modify the pricing for event dates that already have bookings.
In these cases, to proceed with the adjustments, you will temporarily cancel the event date and then re-register it. Please let the guests who have made reservations know about the need to change the pricing and the temporary cancellation of the event dates in order to make the necessary modifications.
After re-registering the event date, you will need to follow up with the guests and kindly request them to re-book the experience for the previously canceled dates.
