If you want to change the meeting time of a registered event, you can do so by following the steps below:
- Open your browser and log in to helloaini.com
- Click on the icon for your account information (located in the upper right corner)
- If you are accessing from your PC, select "Dashboard". If you are accessing from an app, you can skip this step.
- Select "Host Menu"
- Go to "Event Calendar" and click the date of the event to modify
- Click "Event Information"
- Click "Edit" and change the meeting time
Once the change is completed, the system will send an email notification and a text message to the booked guests to notify the time change.
The email notification will show both original and updated event dates/times.
Example:
Original: Saturday, 1/23/2021 10:00 am
Updated: Saturday, 1/23/2021 9:00 am
If the event you modify has booked guests, please ensure to notify them about the schedule change.
