予約者数が、体験（または開催日）に設定されている開催成立人数を下回ると自動的に「開催中止」となりますが、

開催確定期限までに下記操作を行うことで、中止にせずに開催が可能となります。

▼操作方法

1. 該当の開催日＞編集 ボタンから、【開催成立人数】を予約者数と同数、または「0人」に変更する
   
   スマホからの場合　（ブラウザから）
   ∟aini へログイン後＞右上のアイコンを選択＞ホストメニュー＞
   　開催カレンダー＞該当の開催日＞編集＞【参加定員】右下にある【開催成立人数＋】
   

   （PCの場合は「右上のアイコンを選択」の後に「ダッシュボードを選択」してください）

2. 人数変更が完了したら、【変更】ボタンを押す

以上を行うことで、開催確定期限を迎えても中止処理が実行されず、予約期限まで予約受付が可能となります。

※一度減らした開催成立人数は増やすことはできません（元には戻せません）のでご注意ください。

【Host】To hold an event without canceling even if it is less than the capacity

When the number of bookings are less than the capacity, it will be automatically canceled.

If you operate the following method before the cancel deadline, hold an event is possible.

▼ Operation method

1. From the relevant date> [Edit] button, change [Minimum number of guests] to the same number as the booking or to "0(zero) person".

From PC:

∟ After logging in to aini＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞ Host menu ＞ Calendar ＞ Applicable dates ＞ Edit ＞ Minimum number of guests

From Smartphone:

∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.

2.  Please do not forget to press the [Save] button after changing it.

This will prevent the cancellation process from being executed even when the cancel deadline is reached.

* The Minimum number of guests cannot be increased.

   Please note that once reduced, it cannot be restored.
