▼特定の開催日のみ開催確定期限を延長する方法

以下より、ご希望の日時へ変更してください。

スマホからの場合

∟aini へログイン後＞右上のアイコンをクリック＞ホストメニュー＞

開催カレンダー＞該当の開催日＞開催日情報＞編集＞開催確定期限

（PCの場合は「右上のアイコンを選択」の後に「ダッシュボードを選択」してください）

▼こんなときどうする？

ケース1：「リクエストが入った日時の開催日登録ができない！」

【解決方法】

ご自身で設定している体験ごとの開催確定期限を過ぎた日程は登録できません。

「開催確定期限」もしくは「開催成立人数」を変更していただく必要がございます。

下記２通りの方法にてご対応をお願いします。

■開催確定期限を変更する場合

ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞該当の体験＞編集＞基本設定タブ＞【予約期限】右下にある【開催確定期限＋】 からリクエストが入った日時より期限を短くしたうえで、改めて開催日登録をしてください。

■開催成立人数を変更する場合

ホストメニュー＞体験管理＞該当の体験＞編集＞基本設定タブ＞【参加定員】右下にある【開催成立人数＋】＞【0人】に変更し、改めて開催日登録をしてください。

ケース2：「開催確定期限までに開催成立人数以上の予約が入らないかも。中止になりそうだが、特別に開催したい」

【ホスト】開催成立人数に満たなくても中止にせずに体験を開催するには

ケース3：「開催確定期限を延長してもっと予約を獲得したい！」

【解決方法】

例）現在の設定：7日前の17時 → 3日前の17時にする（設定期間を短くする）

ホストメニュー＞開催カレンダー＞該当の開催日＞開催日情報＞編集＞開催確定期限 よりご希望の日時へ変更してください。

▼注意

開催確定期限までに開催成立人数以上の予約が入らなければ、その開催日は自動的に中止となりゲストは予約できなくなります。

もし開催確定期限間際に予約希望の連絡などがあった場合は、期限内に予約いただくように促す、または余裕をもってゲストが予約できるように期限を延長しておくなどの対応をお願いします。

【Host】Cancel deadline edit on the particular date

▼ How to extend the Cancel deadline on particular date

Please change to the date and time from the following.

From PC:

∟ After logging in to aini ＞ Click the icon on the upper right ＞ Click the dashboard ＞ Host menu ＞ Calendar ＞ Applicable date ＞ Date information ＞ Edit ＞ Cancel deadline

From Smartphone:

∟ Please skip the [Click the dashboard] process from above.

What is the Cancel deadline

▼ What do you do in such a case?

Case 1: "Cannot register the date and time when the request was made!"

【Solutions】

*You cannot register a schedule that has passed the Cancel deadline for each experience that you have set yourself.

Host menu ＞ Experience ＞ Applicable experience ＞ Edit ＞ Basic setting ＞

Please shorten the Cancel deadline and then register the date again.

Case 2: "It was canceled because I could not have more than the Minimum number of guests by the Cancel deadline, but I would like to hold it specially."

Case 3: "I want to extend the Cancel deadline to get more bookings!"

【Solutions】

e.g.) Current setting: 17:00 7 days before → 17:00 3 days before (shorten the setting period)

Please change a particular date and time from Host Menu> Calendar > Applicable Date> Edit> Cancel Deadline.

▼ Note

If you do not receive more completed bookings than the Minimum number of guest which you have set, the date will be automatically canceled and guests will not be able to book.

If there is a booking request just before the Cancel deadline, please message them to make a reservation within the Cancel deadline, or shorten the Cancel deadline so that guests can make booking with enough time.
